The office Thedens was founded by Abogado and Rechtsanwalt Gerhard Thedens in 1991 and today it is his daughter Kathrin Thedens, Economista y Asesora fiscal colegiada (registered Spanish Economist and tax adviser) that runs the office and the business.

After the experiences for years in the areas of fiscal and tax law as well a in the field of inheritance and family law, a professional and efficient legal advice is guaranteed. By combining Spanish lawyers and economists, specialisation also in the field of company and contract law has been continuously developed.
In collaboration with Kathrin Thedens and expanding Consultancy and Gestoría Agency, the office has become more extensive and can also satisfy its customer's issues with the authorities.

Today the firm has seven staff members with German or Spanish nationality serving in English, Spanish, French and German to their customers.

Participating in the Spanish-German Jurists Association Bufete Thedens has a wide network with colleagues in the above mentioned sectors in Spain, Germany and other European countries.
